I am frustrated with trying to improve the 3ds and dxf models of the
human brain downloaded from 3dcafe. Anyone know of the source of a
better model of the human brain? Any 3d format will do.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Rik

I have perfect 3D model of a human brain but I am rather attached to it :)

Seriously I have been to many model sites and I have yet to find any brain
models other than the ones you already know about. You might try some of
the commercial model sites but expect to pay big bucks for it.

Ken, you said you had a model of a brain, not a model brain. You
clearly meant it as a noun. (But of course there's a noun definition
that works your way, too... drat!)

Looks like a gerund to me.

I got that from dictionary.com sir and almost resent your implications
that I would twist definitions to suit my own nefarious purposes even
if were true which it might be but I'm not telling you for sure so there.

No, no, you don't understand at all... Remember Ken is an AI, so what
he has is indeed a model of a brain which he uses to copy human
imperfection in order to fool us (being an AI, he is of course perfect
himself...)

So then can this thread be seen as a model of actual assistance? :)
