Yes. Send them snail-mail also. It's totally unacceptable to have a utility
like that de-stabalize the system. You paid for a product, you should get
something that works correctly.

See? Something seemingly unrelated, just as I thought.
These things are truly annoying; to think that you almost did a Windows
reinstall because of such an obscure NAV quirk.
Glad to hear that got cleared up.
