I've made a small script that allows to plot surfaces with superficie.
superficie is a small OpenGL application, running under Gnome, FLTK or
GTK.
superficie must be in your PATH.
Usage is the same as mesh, with the only difference that with 2
arguments a only the mesh is plotted.
Tested with Octave-2.1.21.

Looks to have been a Linux system <benevolent laughter> so maybe the
newsreader programs fault? Nah, a Linux user should know their program
settings as much as anyone else. Oh, maybe that explains it :^)
Anyhow, check the other groups available for appropriate "binaries" postings
please, if needed to do so, Peter H. all will appreciate that. And as Ken
