Is there anywhere on earth where I can get Digital Elevation Model data of
the surface of Mars and/or Venus. I need them for a terraforming project I
am planning to do.

You can find NASA MARS VIKING ORBITER DIGITAL TERRAIN MODEL (DTM)
FILES at http://www-pdsimage.jpl.nasa.gov/jbcache/viking/vo_2007/
If you are on WIN95/NT a great program called 3DEM
(http://www.monumental.com/rshorne/3dem.html.) can handle them.
