Please recomend me some tga to mpeg program -- digitalseries is NOT working
right. I don't know why.

Create an AVI with FMP (Fast Movie Processor), it takes TGAs and
makes an AVI, then use AVI2MPG1 both these links are near the top
of Uncle Ken's links.
