I've got a problem.  I have a 12.5 Meg AVI /w sound that I need to
convert to a less than 6 Meg MPEG file.  Any help?  I would like a AVI >
MPEG converter that does sound as well.  I had one on my drive, but it
added a additional frame every 6 or 7 regular frames.  Not good.
Any help would be appreciated.

AVI2MPG1 (http://www.mnsi.net/~jschlic1/avi2mpg1/avi2mpg1.htm) sounds like what
you want. You can mess around with settings until you get the size you want.
Don't worry about it adding frames, because if they are the same frame repeated
over and over, they will compress very well. Hope this helps. =)
