i`m looking for some applications that support dual prozessing under winnt
and linux.
can anybody help me ????

3D Studio MAX (sorry I had to).

I don't know of any non-commercial rendering software that supports dual
processors.  Anyone else know of any?

Have a look at Uncle Ken's latest link list at 
povray.frequently-asked-questions

There should be a new compile of PVMPOV that supports even povray 3.1.

We have been using PVMPOV on our 64 node, dual processor linux cluster. 
Works well.
