Were the renderings that you saw on a private home page or were they
part of the i.r.t.c. competition ? If private I haven't a clue but if
you saw it in the i.r.t.c. competition then the source file can be
found at irtc.org.
You might also check some of the Pov mirror sites listed in the download
section at povray.org. Sometimes they will have older files that no longer
exsist on the official povray server. I just checked my official pov cd
and found nothing under that name.
