Probably not, since theese instructions aren't made for the high percision that
pov needs. The best thing for this would be that you(yes, the one who wants it)
finds a compiler that can do specific compiles for theese instructions, thus
gaining a bit of speed.

  Ed, in keeping with a portable rendering engine code, POV-Ray
doesn't include enhancements to a specific processor. Any enhancements
for a cpu have to come with the compiler used for each operating
system. This is not to say that these things *couldn't* be written,
just that the resulting code would no longer be truly cross-platform,
negating one of the main objectives of the POV-Team.
