I have a collection of macros I have made which I have been trying to
upload to binarys.utilities, but have not been able to succeed.
I am using Netscape Communicator 4.5, and the file is a zip file 84KB in
size.
My computer is a Power Mac G3 266 DT, and I have a 28.8 modem.
Any help or tips? I have just started with newsgroups.

make sure you send in text only, not insert, and send to the right
group(spelling) if you add the address by hand...
otherways... I don't have a problem with that.(uploading small files with a
modem using Communicator 4.5 for windows)

I just got the updated 4.51 version and it seems to have fixed a problem I
had with links (maybe, unless it was fault at my end) in the newsgroups,
normal clicking on a zip file to d/l it would crash. I had to click the
"other" mouse button and Save Link as...
It may have been a real problem concerning Netscapes plug-ins, I do not
know. I have yet to upload a zip. Might be a good idea though to check
your file associations anyway.
