I uploaded a new windows build of DSW's dispersion at:

This fixes the problem with dispersion not working when a render is
interupted and also makes it so that if dispersion <= 1, no extra
elements are traced, thus speeding up the render.
It also still has the reflection code by Mike Paul included as well as
the recent radiosity fixes I made.
Text is included for all the features in the zipfile.
