Hi, Happy new year !

During the two last days of my vacations, I did a little include file to
generate particles.
I posted it in binaries.utilities. If you can try it and tell me what
you think, it would be
great. I made a doc file in a nearly readable english (I'm french) to
describe the most
clearly what it can do.
For example:
- fill basic shapes with particles: sphere, cube, cylinder, cone
- fill custom shapes
- can generate particles that do not collide
- use any object as particle
- ...

Have fun with POV during this new year !!

I would love to give it a try but have this thing about
executing programs downloaded from the net. Is it
just a self-extracting zip file? If so would you mind
re-posting it in zip format?

How would simply putting the executable in a zip file make things any more
safe?
I just trust my Norton AntiVirus (updated monthly) to protect my system -
there's not much else you can do...

If it is a self-extracting zip file, you can uncompress it like any
other normal zip file.

It is supposed to be an include file, no? I must admit I didn't
download it because it was an executable too. Call me paranoid, but
without the time to run a check on it and fearing I would forget, I just
skipped it for now.

Oops ! Sorry !
I made a ZIP file this time !

I found a bug yesterday. The Rot_Random was not tested. It was always on.

I started the next version. I can now render an animation but there is
only
an explosion-like movement available (I increase the distance from the
origin for each particle)
