Ever tried to properly set up focal_point and aperture values for a
picture, then gave up after 3 hours uselessly fiddling with random
figures?
Try this out:
http://www.geocities.com/Vienna/7709/DoF.html
You just need to give two sharp points (one far and one near) in your
image, the macro will do the rest.
For the moment, this beta macro is for beta 3.1 users only. a 3.0
version will soon be released for all other users.
Please send comments, remarks and requests!
Thanks in advance!

I ran across that problem to render a microscope (povray.binaries.images)
using depth of field. I would have been grateful to have this plug-in
then because I did spend a lot of time fumbling with the aperture value.
Cheers
