I  also found I have another problem which is to do with   translating
ripples.
I have tried for ages to translate the ripples but they appear to be
behaving in a very strange way moving all over the place.
Can anyone tell me how to translate them.
Is it something to do with 2d vectors or something ???
Help.
(I have searched the documentation throughly)
