Given the general popularity of 'themes' for Windows 95 (with the Plus! pack)
and Windows NT, I am wondering why I have never seen a POV-Ray theme. Granted,
there may be some, but if there are I've not heard of them.

Does anyone know if there are any ?

If not, anyone willing to try to create one ? [Please don't ask me how ; I
don't know :]

Of course when rendering a shiny chrome surface the pixel has more of a
metalic "clink" as it falls into place.

What about that little *beep* *beep* sound that's heard in the DOS pov when
it finishes a trace - you could have that as the windows exit sound... ;)

If your machine is as slow as mine, you should use a voice sample saying
"at last!" or "about time" or, if you are prone to scene file typos,
"oops!"

I think Madonna's "Ray of Light" would be appropriate :)

This is starting to sound like comp.graphics.rendering.zen. What is the
sound of one pixel rendering? If POV-Ray renders in an empty room, does it
display the result?

Is anyone here sane?

Of course it would display the result, der... Oh, I see!

But seriuosly, I think the sound would have to be based on the pixels
colour, for instance, the rgb value could change the overall frequency of
the sound!

So the goal would be to render a nice picture that also played a catchy
tune while it rendered?
