Use the focal blur feature. See the docs section 7.4.2. In the camera
statement, use the aperture keyword to set the amount of blur (larger
aperture = less sharp) and the focal_point keyword to set the center of
focus. Put the focal point closer to the camera than anything in the
scene to blur the whole scene.
