I'm looking for an sPatch tutorial, and am wondering if anyone could
provide me with a link. I'm especially interested in organic modeling,
specifically plants, but any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

From memory, http://www.mech.ed.ac.uk/~dom/3d/3d.html is pretty good, it has
an sPatch tutorial section, and some very valuable tips and tricks. Also,
for a more specific thing, head modelling tutorials using sPatch can be
found here http://www.geocities.com/SoHo/Studios/7415/

Hope it helps.

And also (yes, I forgot something), if you're interested in modelling
plants, check out the L-Parser section at the bottom of
http://www.mech.ed.ac.uk/~dom/3d/3d.html
