Well, sorry for disturbing with a little detail, but I often encounter
*.vcf file type on "povray.binaries.images".

What kind of file is that? Text script?

Thanks

It's a signature file that Netscape and Explorer uses
It contains the email adress and personal information..
Just ignore it... :-)

It stands for Virtual Card File, or something like that.

That would be a "vcard", some useless format cooked up by the major
browser manufacturers in their attempt to take over Usenet. If you
don't have a newsreader that supports it, first say a little prayer of
thanks, then just ignore them. Maybe someday they'll go away, along
with the HTML postings that tend to accompany them.

Hehe
That would be the day when micro$oft would make something good... not in this side of
year
2500... But then.... With Netscape 5 it might disappear... but then again... Well,
that's
a later one... (I really hope they manage to slim it down to the 2.5 Mb core..)
