I cannot run POV on my machine anymore, and I have no idea why! I had 3.02
installed, and it worked fine. Later, I had added a copy of 3.1 beta 5 to my


Then they came out with 3.1 beta 6. So I uninstalled beta 5, and installed
beta 6; but NOW, neither beta 6 nor the original 3.02 will run properly. They
will open, but as soon as I try to render something, I get the following
error:

"This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down.
If the problem persists, contact the program vendor."

If I press the "Details" button, it gives me this:

I have no idea what any of this means. I have tried uninstalling 3.02, and
reinstalling it again; I still get the same thing.

Can anybody help?
