It seems POV-Ray has problems reading ppm-files it has generated itself.

- ppm-files generated with +fp commandline-switch and a value between 0 
and 13 cannot be used in an imagemap. It results is an error:

   Parse Error: Unsupported number of colors (0) in PPM image.


- If the value for +fp is in the range 14-16, it can be used in an 
imagemap, but the result is garbled.
