  In POV-Ray for Windows v3.1 when an object has no pigment specified the
program issues a warning to that effect but it does not give a line number
where the error occurs in the scene file. This lack of a line number makes
it difficult to track down where in the scene file the error occurs and
can be very time consuming to fix. This is especially true where an object
with no pigment is used in deeply nested CSG operations or comes from a
secondary include file.

The warning message itself can easily be generated with a single object
statement:   box{-1,1}

 Ron Parker offered this possible work around -

 It's a little harder to fix than one might think. The warning is printed in
post_pigment, which is called when the object finishes parsing, potentially
several lines after the texture is parsed. Still, we should at least be able
to get the line number of the end of the relevant object declaration.
