MS DOS version timer problem (Message 1 to 1 of 1)

In the MS-DOS version of POV 3.1g, the timer for render time does not
stop if the program is waiting for the user to press a key after the
render is finished. I have tested it with a 1-second render and let it
stay so, waiting for me to press a key, for about half an hour, and
this time was indicated as render time.
