My first contribution to the world of POVRay.

It's a couple .inc files but they are closer to utilities than scene files
so I thought this was the more appropriate group.

I developed this in order to make some nice looking text for my physics
department's web page.  You can see it at www.wiu.edu/users/miphys
Well anyways, I added all the characters in the Ascii set from 32-127 minus
one.... the Ampersand.  Maybe someone else could do that one.  It wasn't
easy at 2 am.

Anyways.  I would like to see what others could do with it so I could learn
a thing or two.
