I have tried PlantStudio.  It doesn't give me the ability to move the
individual parts of the plant.  If anyone knows how to do this, please tell

  If you must have that much control I recommend you try the program
Tree Designer. It is intended to be used for making trees but the
construction methods for plants are similar to trees and this program
has the ability for exact placement of all elements of the plant form
you are trying to construct. It also has some nice user customizable
functions that would fit well with your needs.

  It is a low cost shareware program with a fully functional demo
available at:
