I am looking for a particular program that can Batch convert only 3ds
and prj files to povray and moray formats....    if i remember correctly
the program is called Win3ds2pov....  but don't quote me on it...
please if anyone has any information on this program either e-mail me
and/or post a message...

Search for 3Dwin or win3ds2pov.  I always forget the URL, but a search on
altavista for 3Dwin always gets me the homepage.
