At long last, Leveller 0.993 is available.

New features include:

- The new overview map replaces the old ones.
  Full zoom/pan and proper selection marquee display.
  The new map fits the window height, letting you see
  more than 256 screen pixels tall. The camera can also
  be positioned and aimed off the map with the cam tool.

- Magic wand tool for selecting areas of similar elevation.

- 3D cursor draws on top of shaded views when possible.
  (Note: the cursor will show even when it's behind terrain,
  since it's a simple overlay graphic).

- DXF polygon export added. All the triangles in the 
  heightfield mesh are dumped, but there are tools out
  there to optimize the mesh to fewer polygons (until
  I get around to doing it).

- 128 x 128 flight display mode added.
