Here's what I am proposing....

The creation of a team or group of people who are wanting to create
an animation utility for povray.

The main goal will be to create a utility that is easy to use, powerful
and yet either free or very cheap.

Why a team/group?  Because I see alot of people out there trying
to create .INC files, windows utilities, and other things.  Each
has their strong point but none come under the heading a
complete-easy-to-use system.  Pool the skills and talents of many and
we could create something that can at least create something that is
worthy of POVRay... :)
