This is version 0.9 mainly because of the lack of any documentation.

But I will write the most important thing that the docs would have here: this
code requires one of the latest betas of 3.7 in order to run - it relies on the
new DF3 array writing feature. Also, the example is a Julia fractal, and 3.7 has
had a bug to do with julia fractals that was only recently fixed.
