First, you need the "mesh relief" include by Bill Pragnell:

http://www.infradead.org/~wmp/macro_meshrelief.html

Then, before rendering the-cave-II.pov, please render the following
files to obtain the required meshes (not included due to file size):

gen_stalactites.pov
gen_stalagmites.pov
gen_stone.pov
