I need a "plugin-include" file. Something that I can call in my
own scene as simply as possible.
object {  book ..... etc }

The book must be closed. Have a decent/realistic texture to it. Have a
way to add a title to the spine.
(although I can do this myself if need be)
And have a VERY realistic texture as far as the pages in the book
appear.
In otherwords, if I rotate the book, I want to be able to see the edge
of the pages inside the book.
(not the INSIDE of the book, just the pages stacked on top of each
other)
Can anybody help me with this ?

                                                    Thank you,

                                                      Johnny

First of all ... please avoid this terrible cross posting! If you in
need of something povray.general should be enough!!!

Have a look at Sonya Roberts Book include file

http://www.geocities.com/SoHo/Lofts/1022/

-> POV Files  -> Books

Thers are some pictures there!

Johnny:

    I don't know if this is what you need. It's a nice old book with a
realistic texture. If you need a modern book then send me an e-mail
pvi### [at] usanet and I'll try to send you a modern book as soon as possible
(In fact, a modern book is easier than an older one).

    I hope you like this and it will be helpful for you.

Pablo Viojo.-
