Within the last month or so I posted about 20 links to
online tutorials, all related to using and learning Pov,
in the povray.text.tutorials group on this server.

If you can't find them let me know and I will forward you
a copy of the post.

	If tutorials aren't for you (and they are not for me) just start
changing things in the standard scene and see what happens. Trial
and error. Get in there and muck things up. 

	Basically, this is analytic geometry. A basic text on that is
half the battle. An introductory text on computer graphics can't
hurt to relate analytic geometry to this. Anything you can find
in a used bookstore should be good enough. After that you are
here. 

	When starting (way in the distant past of four months ago) I
found the examples of the basic shapes annoyingly inconsistant.
The unit size in the examples is either one or two, as sphere of
1 is obviously a size of 2.
