Modified version of Steve Pigeon's brick include files.

#declare BRICK_MESH=true;

Put this line in your scene before you include these.  If you don't have this
line that these files will make unions of boxes like before (lots of memory
required).  If you do put that line in, you'll get nice compact triangle mesh
objects.  It should produce the same output either way...
