I downloaded the mpg I posted in p.b.a (Waves on water with cyclic quality -
deefstes03a01.mpg (0/1)  ) then decoded it using Virtual Dub

To create a series of 60 png images called Wave0000.png etc.
The BSP file shows the initial scene. When you render it you will get an INI and
a POV file. Modify the files as I have done then load both in Povray and run the
INI file in Povray to create the stills for the animation. You may have to add
the path of the image files into povray.ini [Tools > Edit Master povray.ini] if
Povray cannot find the png's. E.g.
Library_Path="C:\Graphics\Bishop3D\Scenes\Miri\Test"
