It an image map of photographed wood. I needed the ability to 'box map' images
onto round corner boxes. I posted the macro - it basically planer maps each of
the 6 sides of the round-corner box macro.

I've looked your code about assemble the box in macro_mapped_box.inc. It's hard
to me. (Maybe) because I have no intention to do such a thing...

But your hint about they are planar maps of image is helpful.
In addition the color distribution of your wood image is uniform.
