BTW I use kpovmodeler for modelling, to make sure everything fits.

Cheers

[Train of thought] Could I rebuild the Rail Bridge in Blender, incorporating the
"Physics/collision" modifiers?
I might give that a go.

Years ago I did a similar trip in reverse, when we lived in Aberdeen, ending up
in Glasgow. It was very scenic. We stayed in a B&B and after we were checked out

about it.

can only see orange pillars and the Firth of Forth, if it is not raining. The
view from the Road Bridge is probably better. :)

Forth Bridge
Edelweiss
Rocket
RMS Titanic

all in one.
The height of the masts of Titanic is about 200 feet above waterline. The
clearance of the bridge is 150 feet, so Titanic could never have sailed
underneath.
But in the POV world everything is possible....

Cheers
Ton.

Very nice indeed. Excellent modelling work. Hint: one thing missing is a
flying machine (whatever age, preferably before 1950).

What an incredible amount of modelling! Very nice work. Congratulations for
taking the time to do it right; worth the effort. I need to read your post from
the beginning, I missed it first time 'round.

> ...in the POV world everything is possible....
Indeed! And I'm *still* learning interesting ways to use its many tools.

Thanks Thomas.
I think I leave it as it is, time to move on new adventures. Your landscape is
nice, I have never done anything like that, so that will be a challenge for the
future. Might have a good look at Jacob van Ruisdaal voor motivation.

Cheers
Ton.

Hello Yadgar,

I had a hard disk crash last year. I did have a back-up, including most of the
Titanic files. I was about to finish the hull and propellers when it happened,
and I didn't have a backup of those. The hull you see here is not for close-up!

Cheers
Ton.

Not for closeup, but more that adequate in most cases, and this case in
particular.
