The demo files included with the Bordered Characters macros (posted in the
povray.binaries.scene-files forum) take a long time to render at high quality
settings so here are the major ones in 3840 x 2160 resolution.

31 through 39. What would be the differences among those?

30 styles in all, but images set to show a bunch of 20 styles: 0 to 19
and 20 to 39. Undefined styles default to style 0.

The font is built-in. The image titled "Demo_CharacterSet" displays all the
characters that are available.
