POV-Ray-generated PNG images contain an oFFs chunk, which is an optional
data block (and therefore not present in all PNG files) telling reading
applications where to place the image contents on a page or canvas.

I'm a bit surprised GIMP asks you about the placement even when the oFFs
values are x=0,y=0.
