You're right! Everything is dead except the frog! Maybe the frog is
lost, how many times will she survive?

"Come on Johnny! Mummy did swim in much worse than that! /This/ has been
cleaned. No germs at all and the frog is only mildly poisonous."

This is much, much better indeed. Beware the bottle in back which needs
some more modelling.

Somehow I find the fish scales not entirely convincing. Maybe reduce the
bump_size a bit (if it is a bump_map).

Thanks Thomas, these scene need some works again, and the bottle is one
of them.

The texture of the fish is only povrayed, no image, but you are right,
the texture is not really good, also some works.

And work by work I can do something.

The bottle at the upper left could be fixed by using smooth triangles.

Is it a crackle pattern? Fish scales are regular. A quilt pattern would
probably be far more convincing.

This one is a lot better. There's something about the lighting that is a bit off
though.

The model of the bottle, made with Wings3d, was not smooth, I have
arranged this today.

You are right, it is a crackle pattern, I like it since it seem like
some prehistorics scales. But I will go to try the quilt pattern. Thanks.

Thank you, I use CIE_Skylight.inc for the light and I am not regular
with it. I made some tries... Maybe use a second light.

Outside scene, the only light should be the sun.
Use an area_light with an width about 1% of the distance. Start with
adaptive 0. Increase only if you need to.
Some radiosity may help. Recursion_level 1 should be OK.
