Hi all..
New here, just found POV, and it's awesome!
I am creating some software where you design in 3D and wanted to give users an
option to view their work using ray-tracing, so I created something that would
export their work to a POV file.
It's still in early stages (i just started this last night), but it's so awesome
how well it all works.
This is just using polygon{} elements. It is a popup-card of a church.
I am pretty new to this, so hopefully people can help me answer some questions
when the time comes.
Thanks for this awesome software, it's great!
-andy.

no no no, you're doing it all wrong.. your first image here shouldn't be
this interesting and good, it should be a reflective sphere over a badly
lit checkered plane! ;)

I needed a couple of years to reach that degree of perfection in my
scenes :-)
VERY well done for a first.

Probably, you in vain will waste time.
Blender can already create the POV-file.
Blender has very-very much tools for editing meshes, curves, blobs.
But, here interest to it is absent.
Possibly, a hobby of participants - file creation manually, using a GUI in
Windows, and notebook in Linux.
I created two subjects about Blender - activity is equal 0

I draw conclusions (My opinion proceeds)(I come to an assessment):
1 . There are no questions
2 . There are no offers (wishes)
3 . There are no estimates

Depends on how many - real - Blender users there are here. They are not
so many I believe, but people may still be interested in the developments.
Personally, I am marginally interested as I am not a Blender user (yet)
and I can do all I want to do with Silo2Pro without Blender's steep
learning curve. Admittedly, the GUI has been improved and made more
comprehensive but still.

Thomas is right, you are wrong. I for one am interested.
Unfortunately I am very busy just now but would love to have an addon
that integrates Blender and PovRay.
Be patient, please.
