Another try when I use medias spheres in a big hollow sphere - this one give
reflection to objects. The medias seems like plasma in bulbs.

Good one. The metal of the table is still not entirely good imho, but 
(shiny) metal textures are difficult. An extra micro normal might do the 
trick, giving it a kind of brushed aspect.

Thanks for your appreciation.
I have not made a real work on the table (it is made by two triangle - just a
try). And I'm not experimented with extra micro normals (like boltstill.pov?)
For the next days I will try this to increase the look of the scene.

Have you heard of the Rule of Thirds?  I think your compositions will benefit
from this.

I know this rule, the image here is only a work on medias and interiors, a step
for a future composition.
I have also change  the texture of the table with micro normals.
