Nice demo to show the difference,
I have been working on a scene and using albedo so want to see the difference
myself but where can I get RC7 from?

It should be on the beta download page soon.
Otherwise, check the "RC7 sanity test" thread on p.beta-test. It 
contains a link to the Windows installer.
