I had been thinking about my recent experiments with crevice grime and decide to
see how it does with outside edges.

This is my first thought at it: I simply used a larger angle (>90deg) and
inversed my control depth function. With this method you absolutely need a
surface offset for it to work.

Refence:
Image Height:200
Control depth: 1.0
Control angle: 100
Surface offset: 0.1

A test with both and edge wear and crevice grime layer. Not the best quality
run, but a good general idea.

To me, this looks very good. It seems to be working fine.
