And you too!
The eggs look great indeed. Texture? image_map?
Instead, the cloth is too bland. Try to add a subtle weaving pattern, maybe
some stains and wrinkles.

Thanks Thomas! The egg texture is procedural, here is:
texture {
pigment {
crackle
scale 1.5
turbulence 3
lambda 5
color_map { [0.00 color rgb<251, 213, 177>/255]
[0.07 color rgb<251, 213, 177>/270]
[0.32 color rgb<251, 213, 177>/275]
[1.00 color rgb<173, 146, 119>/255] }
scale .1 }
normal { bumps 0.095 scale 0.008 }
finish { ambient 0 diffuse 0.9 phong 0.0}}
The cloth is work in progress yet... :-)

That texture is incredibly... egg-like :-)
Thanks for sharing.

I don't know why exactly, but they look like dinosaur eggs. Not that I
know how dinosaur eggs really looked like (for all we know they might
have been green with purple spots).

Technically, they *are* dinosaur eggs. The evidence that modern birds descended
from dinosaurs is pretty solid.

I don't think you can call them dinosaur eggs even technically. They
are bird eggs, not dinosaur eggs. Even if birds are descendants if
dinosaurs that doesn't mean birds *are* dinosaurs.

Great egg texture! Now I challenge you to release
your grip on the egg in the upper left corner ;)
