Something I put together a few years ago.  Made with isosurfaces (ouch!).
Surface roughness and holes for blood vessels were done with normals.

Excellent work. If you had said *modeller*  I would have shrugged, but 
isosurfaces...? You have done a well-controlled job indeed.
