Nice lighting work. Better use an area_light though - the sharp shadow 
doesn't really fit.

Ok, here's one with some area light, which really increased the rendering time
considerably from 2 hours to 42 hours! And I only used an area light size of
25...

Be sure to use the "adaptive" keyword. With "adaptive 0", render time 
increase should be well below a factor of 4.

I'm quite surprised about the 2 hours of rendering time though. Maybe 
you can cut down on the media rendering time.
