Yet more polyhedra. I don't think I need to elaborate on these... :-)

This is more of a reference image really, so I can see what they all look like.
I intend to do some more detailed renderings, looking at a selection of them
(since many look quite similar). However, this turned out so nice I thought I'd
share!

Bill

Have you thought about creating a nice include file which people could
use to create any of the numerous polyhedra you have been rendering, and
submit it to the object collection? I'm sure many people would find
these useful or at least didactic.

I will. They are not calculated in SDL; they are all meshes converted from .wrl
files taken from http://www.georgehart.com/virtual-polyhedra/vp.html. I
recently obtained permission from the author of that site to distribute the
POV-Ray versions of his data, so expect to see them sometime soon... :)

Some are chiral... and yet only shows as one variant in the picture.
(or I missed the mirrored forms ?)
signaling chiral forms might be a bonus.

No, I just ignored them. I figured it was just a matter of scaling by x+y-z or
whatever to obtain them...

Can do. I'll add this info to the comment blocks in the includes, at least.

You could add a mirror behind them ;)
