Disclaimer:
All of the nice folks who helped me with "The Bunny Problem" are innocent and
had no idea that they were part of a dastardly scheme. I alone am guilty of the
premeditated and unapologetic initiation of this "Bad Visual Pun Thread".

Hopefully, this will become a group activity.

The "Rules" are:

Rule 1: If you think of something that's more fun than following the rules
(assuming it's friendly and harmless), just do it.

Rule 2: Generally, just post one version of a given image.

Rule 3: Give a clue so that folks can generally figure out on their own whether
or not they have grasped what the pun is.

Rule 4: If you figure one out and feel like posting this fact, just say that you
got it without giving it away for the next person.

Rule 5: If you post one and get requests for "the solution", post it a day or so
after folks have had time to guess.

Rule 6: There is *NO* rule six
(You never really get Monty Python out of your system, do you?)

==================================================

For the first image:

The Clue:
The clue is a misdirection!

Best Regards,
Mike C.

I like the idea! This one wasn't too hard to figure out... a good starter.

I didn't know. I didn't know. But I'm no better. Not much to grasp with this
one, but here's mine.

Why, you can eat any bug, if you like! This one might taste better on toast
though.

It's not mine, but I am reminded of the great(?) visual pun in the
Jan-Feb 2005 round of the IRTC, "Out of Place".

I liked that at the time and thought that it should have got a higher
placing.
As it turned out it is a double pun. This was IIRC Tom's last post so
he was out of "this" place :)

oops, I shouldn't've replied

You know you've been raytracing too long when...
you ever saw a beautiful scenery and regretted not to take your 6"
reflective ball and a digital camera, thinking "this would have been a
perfect light probe"
