Due to the critics (you all were right) I have modified the image (not
rendered but brightness-contrast-gamma corrected) just to make you see all
the elements of the image.

The title comes from the guy in the bus stop. There is a poster with a guy
inside trying to scape.

I'll change the light in the scene and try to get a better result.

Thanks for the critics and interesting ideas.

the question not is higher the lights, is add some other fill lights...
example locate a blue-dark light in the right of the image. some other
lights distributed with comun sense makes the scene more dinamic without
need "lighter" it

sry for my horrible english

Yes, I'm thinking of that. In particular I would like to make the poster in
the bus stop a HDRI as if there were a neon behind it. And some other
things like that.

otra cosa...

un abrazo

You don't need a HDRI for that! A standard image with high ambient
will do as well...

But will a high ambient illuminate the environment???? as far as I know it
will only make the image lighter but it will not illuminate the
environment, isnt it?

It will illuminate the environment in a radiosity scene. It will not in a
regular scene, nether will an HDRI.

Like Alain said, high ambient and HDRI only illuminate the scene
when using radiosity. In fact, when using an HDRI, you also need a
high ambient! The only difference is that an HDRI image has more
range, and therefore more precision between its brightest and
darkest points. This is useful for real-life pictures which have
naturally a very high dynamic range, but it is overkill in your case
since a poster in a bus stop has a low intrinsic dynamic range anyway.

I see the image in another monitor, in a LCD 19'' monitor the image appear
fine, good lighting.

However, in my CRT monitor 17'' the image shows too dark, all is reduced to
differences in the hardware?

Yes, LCD monitors are often too bright, with a gamma curve that's
too linear. CRTs are usually much closer to the standard 2.2 gamma
value (although high end LCDs can be better than low end CRTs, ymmv).
