Very very nice... is it a fractal?

It looks like a Julia fractal.
And for Clarkking:
What kind of textures do you want? Glass, Metal, Clay, Wood? They are
all different, and require different techniques.

Lovely. I'd forgotten how beautiful POV-Ray's plain julia object can be just
on its own. Looks like you're already getting the hang of things, this looks
really nice. Good use of focal blur, many people use it unnecessarily but it
looks very natural here. I'd recommend using an area_light to get softer
shadows (not too soft though!)
What sort of texture are you using? It looks both reflective and matt
depending on where you look!

I like it but not the focal blur on the fractal its self. Focal blur
looks OK for the room but if you are after realism for the fractal
focal blur is not what the eye sees just what the limitations of a
camera lens shows.
Also softer shadows would be a good thing
Perhaps you could post the code at some time.
