My third attempt at this chair in Wings 3d, divided into nine separate
objects and with one subdivision step, not uv-mapping this time. Maybe a
little better image, too. Radiosity and area light.

image map I would say. There is a repetition of knots.

Quite right. Image map with a small, strethed granite normal and a very
faint reflection (almost invisible).
